The next morning, America woke up with a pounding headache. The light hurt his sensitive eyes. He pressed his face into the pillow. Then he realized he was at home. He tried remembering what happened last night but everything seemed to blur together. He lifted his face from the pillow and shielded his eyes from the sun. He stumbled out of bed, he alcohol still having its affect. He steadied himself when he got to the doorway. Then a wave of nausea hit him hard.
